Commercial Bathroom Partitions InstallationProject Summary
Commercial Restroom Partitions was contracted by Pulte Homes to install restroom partitions in the Stonehaven Subdivision in Boerne, TX. Consisting of 50+ homes, the subdivision also features a community pool center that serves residents and guests who like to swim.

Turning Competition into Cooperation
Ironically, the general contractor on the project was a major competitor of our organization. Like us, this organization specializes in selling commercial bathroom fixtures and accessories. Interestingly, however, they do not sell restroom partitions. This left Pulte with a need to find a bathroom partition vendor who would respect their relationship with their existing vendor without attempting to up sell them on other products. Finding an installer was something of a concern, as the installer would have to work well with the builder and restroom supplies vendor.

Policy on Contracting
Commercial Restroom Partitions was chosen for the project because we have a strict policy of non-compete in situations such as these. In addition to our role as a product supplier, we also perform turnkey installations throughout the state of Texas. As such, it is not uncommon for usRestroom-Partitions-For-Pool-Areas to contract under the invoice of another supply company that competes with us as a supplier. Our view on this matter is simple: project requirements supersede personal interest.

Project Details
We installed solid plastic partitions in the men’s and the women’s restrooms. The men’s restroom, when completed, had 1 stall separated from 1 urinal by a privacy screen.
